Roque clarified that while he does lease a condo unit owned by Dapitan City Mayor Bullet Jalosjos, the mayor is not a "benefactor" as insinuated by Fermin. He expressed regret and extended apologies to Mayor Jalosjos and his family for their unintended involvement in the public discourse.
